Flowscapes provides immersive soundscapes designed to enhance focus, relaxation, and sleep. You can mix various sounds (e.g., rain, campfire, ocean waves) to create personalized experiences.

3. License to Use

Flowscapes grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal purposes only. Any unauthorized commercial use, redistribution, or exploitation of the Service is prohibited.

4. User Responsibilities

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Flowscapes offers both free and premium services:

Free Tier: Access basic soundscapes.

Premium Tier: Provides enhanced features and more sound options, billed on a subscription basis. One-time purchases are also available for each premium soundscape.

You agree to the pricing and payment terms presented to you upon subscription. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, soundscapes, designs, logos, and trademarks in the app remain the property of Flowscapes and its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the content is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy Policy

Your personal data is collected, used, and shared according to our Privacy Policy. This includes the handling of information such as account details, sound preferences, and usage statistics, to improve the app and deliver personalized experiences.

9. Limitation of Liability

Flowscapes is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowscapes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Disclaimers

We make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to network failures, unauthorized access, or acts of God.

11. Termination

Flowscapes reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately, and you must discontinue all use.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify you of significant updates through the app or by email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any legal action or dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state courts of Tennesee, United States of America.
